Matt Levy, one of Australia's most celebrated Paralympic swimmers, has competed in five consecutive Games, earning an impressive 9 medals—3 gold, 1 silver, and 5 bronze. Beyond his medal haul, Matt has achieved countless accolades within and beyond the sport. As the Paralympics in Paris officially begins, we are thrilled to have him join us for this special conversation.

Born prematurely at just 25 weeks in 1987, Matt was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, is legally blind, and has undergone between 40 to 50 surgeries on his heart, lungs, ears, and brain. Despite these challenges, Matt discovered swimming as a child—a sport that helped him gain strength and mobility.

Matt's story is nothing short of inspiring. He is a passionate advocate for inclusion and wellbeing, regardless of ability. With over 22 years of experience as a motivational speaker, Matt shares his success framework, focusing on resilience, goal-setting, teamwork, and a positive approach to life.
