Discover how to untangle workplace conflict and unlock hidden value with insights from Genevieve Hawkins, author of Shrinking Elephants.

Workplace conflict is an inevitable part of every organisation, but when handled poorly, it can derail team dynamics and productivity.

In her latest book, Shrinking Elephants: Untangling Workplace Conflict to Unlock Value for All, Genevieve Hawkins shares decades of expertise in conflict prevention and resolution, offering leaders and teams the tools they need to address the "elephants in the room"—those hidden issues blocking progress and fostering frustration.

When: 12pm Wednesday 27th November

Genevieve will discuss how to identify the unconscious reactions and blind spots that fuel conflict and provide strategies for shrinking these "elephants" before they cause lasting damage. Discover how leaders can transform workplace challenges into opportunities for growth, improve communication, and build trust-based relationships that unlock value for everyone involved.

Whether you're a team leader or simply navigating conflict within your workplace, this conversation will offer actionable insights for fostering a healthier, more collaborative work environment.

If you're ready to transform negative moments into bright horizons, then this is the Cuppa for you!

More on Genevieve Hawkins

Genevieve Hawkins has a unique combination of deep skills in health, human behaviour and commercial business at small and large scale. She published her first book, Mentally at Work, while working full time in an executive role, as she saw a need in the marketplace to give leaders a pragmatic way of looking after their own mental health and influencing that of the organisation they work in.

While she had never thought she would write a second book, both the response from her first, and the continuing elephants in the room in workplaces, got her energised to want to write this second book.

When she isn’t writing, or working with businesses to improve commercial collaboration, Genevieve helps leaders have the conversations they need to have, including with themselves.
