Need a bit of good news for your Friday?

Last year, we asked for your help to find organisations making a real difference in our communities.

You answered, and now we’re thrilled to announce the recipients of our Workplaces with Impact Grant.

Across most of our workplace assets, we set aside $5 for every 10 square metres leased to invest in social impact, and we're pleased to announce that we have found some incredible partners to work with over the next year. Discover our four Workplaces with Impact Grant recipients, and how they'll be using the funds to make the world a better place.

  • Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF)
ILF is piloting a two-year Talent Pathways program to empower First Nations youth with publishing and creative arts skills. Their grant will help to create career opportunities right in their home communities.

  • Hotel Etico Australia
This social enterprise hotel is shifting perceptions by providing employment and training for people with disabilities. Funds will ensure trainees earn full award wages while gaining skills for long-term careers.

  • Good Shepherd & Fitted for Work
Focused on empowering women through financial security and job readiness, this partnership will deliver workshops, mentoring, and job-prep support. Plus, we're hosting site activations for tenants to get involved.
  • Two Good Co.

Supporting women with lived experience of homelessness or domestic violence, Two Good’s Work Work program provides paid, on-the-job training and wraparound support to build confidence and skills.

But we're not stopping at funding. We'll collaborate through activations, volunteering, and more to make a lasting impact. Because we reckon workplaces should be great for the people in them and for the communities around them.

Stay tuned as we share the incredible stories unfolding through these partnerships.
