Moments to Movements: Empowering Women Through Food with Rob Caslick

Written by International Towers | Mar 13, 2025 12:40:35 AM

How can food transform lives? In this episode of Moments to Movements, host Luke Cook explores the journey of Rob Caslick, founder of Two Good Co, a social enterprise changing the lives of vulnerable women through the power of food and employment.

When: 8am Thursday 10 April 2025

Rob’s inspiration began at 12 years old, visiting a soup kitchen with his grandmother. Years later, as an engineer, he founded an organic soup kitchen in Sydney’s Kings Cross. When scaling the operation proved challenging, Rob pivoted, focusing on creating lasting impact for women who have experienced domestic violence.

Today, Two Good Co is on a mission to employ 80 vulnerable women every year, providing meaningful work and a pathway to stability. Through food, Rob has created a movement of connection, dignity, and empowerment.
