Wellness Instructors
Kaitlin Peters:
Kaitlin is passionate about all movement modalities but Yoga certainly is the one that has captivated her heart. Having been a student for 15 years and a teacher for 7 she has seen the power of Yoga to shift the perspective and wellbeing of not only her students but herself. Her classes are alignment focused, creatively sequenced and inclusive. She has a knack for honouring the rich tradition of Yoga while also invoking joy and playfulness. In a past life she may have been a DJ so her classes are supported by a carefully curated playlist to help guide you through the arc of practice.
Ali Wilcox:
Ali has always been a fan of Pilates and loves the way it helps with all aspects of pain, mentality, rehabilitation, sculpturing and strength. A keen sports enthusiast her whole life, Ali represented the United Kingdom in Trampolining at the age of 16 and at 22, was Captain of the Women’s rowing team at her University. Here, she became the National Champion for indoor rowing and won bronze in a 4+ boat at the National Rowing Championships. She is always looking for a new fitness challenge and next up, her goal is to tackle a Triathlon! Ali believes exercise should be fun but also isn’t afraid of encouraging her clients to push themselves to get the most out of every session. Posture, alignment and injury prevention are areas Ali is always educating clients about in each class. With her Mat & Reformer Pilates teacher training qualifications, history of coaching sport and Sport Science degree, they all really help ensure her clients have fun, feel strong, powerful and motivated to come back for more!
Monse Buira:
At 17, Monse embarked on a lifelong journey of studying yoga, while also earning a degree in audiovisual communication. Her passion lies in merging her dual roles as a yogi and a photographer/filmmaker. For the past three years, she has taught and coordinated two yoga studios in Costa Rica, sharing the practice with hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds. She finds immense joy in connecting with practitioners from all over the world, united by the magic of yoga.
In Monse’s classes, you will find intentional, intelligent movement woven into mindfully creative sequences, uplifting flows, and explorative practice. Her classes blend functionality, play, and open-minded exploration, helping students tap into their unique movement patterns and potential. She draws on a range of disciplines, including Animal Flow, Kalari Payattu, mobility drills, slackline, acro yoga, and free-form movement, all encouraging students to explore their body’s full range of motion and move in a more intuitive, safe, and expansive way.
