March Forward: Celebrating International Women’s Day with Bronnie Mackintosh & Cuppa.tv

Experience the Thrill. Embrace the Change. Ignite the Future.

This International Women’s Day, join us on Tuesday, 4th March as we March Forward with Bronnie Mackintosh from Girls on Fire and Cuppa.tv, celebrating the power of women in leadership, resilience, and breaking barriers.

Step into the action in the Tower 3 Lobby!

From 9:00 AM, put your firefighting skills to the test with an interactive VR experience, and suit up for a photo op with your colleagues in firefighting gear. It’s an opportunity to get hands-on with the courage and strength it takes to be a firefighter.

Live Conversation: 12:30 PM – A Fireside Chat with Bronnie Mackintosh

At 12:30 PM, Cuppa founder and host Luke Cook will sit down with Bronnie Mackintosh, a Station Officer with Fire and Rescue NSW, a former international rugby player, and the CEO of Girls on Fire—a movement dedicated to empowering young women in leadership and emergency services.
In this powerful 30-minute conversation, we’ll explore:
  • What it takes to be a woman in firefighting and leadership.
  • Empowering the next generation to lead without limits.
  • How diverse teams build stronger, more resilient communities.
  • Turning vision into action to dismantle systemic barriers.
