Treat your tastebuds to signature Japanese burgers and sides
Nothing compares to the Ume Burger’s range of perfectly balanced, flavour-zinging burgers. Served on fluffy, Hokkaido-style milk buns, each item on this iconic menu is guaranteed to satisfy, whether you tuck into the karaage burger – a fried chicken favourite – pick the pork-katsu-packed menchi burger, or go with the crowd-pleasing beef classic, the Ume burger.
There’s also a selection of succulent sides and sauces, including Japanese fried chicken, umami-seasoned hot chips, seaweed-salted renkon chips and house-made kimchi.
Sweet-and-sour sodas and Japanese booze
Ume Burger’s drinks menu is just as zingy and fresh as its food. A vintage Japanese soda vending machine gives you the opportunity to partake in unique house-made soft drinks; pick from passionfruit ginger, yuzu brown sugar and strawberry vanilla.
There’s also a variety of Japanese beers on tap, both cold and warm sake – plus plum wine and Japanese whisky.
