From the team behind Irori Kuon, Tempura Kuon and Sushi Sei comes Tsuzumi, a new omakase experience at The Streets of Barangaroo. Meaning "I'll leave it to you" Japanese omakase is an intimate dining experience in which the chef serves a selection of small courses directly to the diner. 

Tsuzumi blends this Japanese dining tradition with modern elements to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

"鼓" signifies the traditional Japanese drum, and our restaurant carries the aspiration for our customers to feel the rhythm of their hearts. The beat of the drum is rhythmic, much like the harmony and deliciousness found in our cuisine. Furthermore, the drum is a symbol of Japanese culture, and our dishes blend Japanese tradition with modern elements. Therefore, the name "鼓" symbolically represents our cuisine and ambience.
