AMA Hospitality is at the forefront of specialty coffee within some of the most influential bespoke corporate environments in Australia. We use the brand leverage of Toby’s Estate with over 48 international flagship establishments and 709 hand-selected retail accounts, we have successfully utilised these channels in building brand awareness among coffee consumers.
Each flagship caters to all user groups including community partners, VIP executives and the general public. We ensure customers receive efficient delivery of services through strategically designed operational procedures that we have spent the past 18 years perfecting.
We identified a gap in corporate hospitality where lobby operators were unable to offer catering services of the magnitude required by high-profile clients. We have been successful in achieving this through the engagement of our Catering manager who successfully handled the corporate catering contract of KPMG for over 5 years.
This gives us a distinct point of difference from other lobby cafe operators - in that we have the capacity to handle all catering from small luncheons to high-profile CEO meetings. This allows us to streamline food and beverage delivery within the building, creating a “One-stop-shop”.
