Our boutique Thai bites - Pepper Seeds Balmain opened in 2012, and it hasn’t always been an easy road, but with your support and feedback, I know we’ve done the right thing. My team and I have a great passion for contemporary Thai food and this allows us to explore our gastronomic culture as well as help define the future taste of Thai food. Your friendship and support have helped give us the confidence to open Pepper Seeds South Eveleigh in 2021 and Pepper Seeds Barangaroo in 2022, sharing our food with many more people.
