The beginnings of Bourke Street Bakery date back to the winters of 2004. From a humble corner shop in Surry Hills to a Sydney icon, founders David McGuinness and Paul Allam shared a passion for handcrafted goods that used the finest ingredients.
We handcraft each item using only the finest ingredients, from our sourdoughs to our pastries and cakes.
